A free, 30 minute meet and greet consultation for new clients with a confirmed booking. Perfect for nervous or anxious dogs, first time visitors or puppies. This relaxed session allows your dog to meet me, explore the salon and enjoy gentle handling and treats (if allowed). There’s no pressure to be groomed - just form a positive experience. This is totally optional!

A complete grooming service for dogs that require coat clipping and styling. Every groom is carefully tailored to suit the dog’s individual needs and your preferences, helping them stay comfortable, clean, looking and feeling their best.

A maintenance groom designed to keep coats tidy between full grooms. Perfect for dogs on regular grooming schedules who don’t yet need a full groom but would benefit from a refresh and a light tidy.

A grooming service for breeds that shed but don’t require full body clipping. This tailored de-shedding service gently removes loose hair and excess undercoat, helping to manage shedding, support coat health, and maintain a clean, natural finish.

Includes:

• Bath (double shampoo & blueberry facial)

• Thorough de-shedding using appropriate tools for your dog’s coat type

• Tidying of featherings, hygiene area and paw pads on double coated breeds

• Nail trim

Hand-stripping is a specialist grooming method suitable for certain wire and silk-coated breeds that do not shed their coats naturally. The dead coat is carefully removed by hand rather than clipped, helping to encourage healthy new growth and maintain the correct colour and texture. A post-strip bath using sensitive shampoo may be included if appropriate for your dog’s coat and skin.

Includes:

• Hand-strip using appropriate tools

• Carding (if required)

• Post strip bath (if suitable)

• Blow dry (if applicable)

• Styling (if required)

• Nail trim

• Ear clean

Hand-stripping is not suitable for all breeds or coat types. Suitability and pricing will be assessed and discussed during your enquiry prior to booking.

Single Puppy Intro Groom

A calm and gentle introduction to grooming, designed to help puppies build confidence in the salon. We take everything at your puppy’s pace, building trust through patience, praise, reassurance – and a few treats along the way (if allowed!).

Puppy Pamper Package (2 Puppy Intro Grooms + 1 First Adult Full Groom)

A gentle three-step journey to set your puppy up for a lifetime of positive grooming experiences.

Includes:

• 2 x Puppy Intro Grooms

• 1 x Full Groom (clip/de-shed/hand-strip)

This package is available for puppies under 6 months of age. A £10 deposit must be paid at the time of booking, followed by payment in full at first appointment by cash or card. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

While the package is designed to cover your puppy’s introductory grooms and first full groom, additional charges may apply if significantly more time is required due to matting, fleas or temperament challenges.

Appointments must be used within an agreed time frame.
